Elgin is located on the Fox River, about 35 miles west of Chicago. Home to over 110,000 residents, Elgin is the 8th largest city in Illinois and one of the fastest-growing.
Downtown Elgin is the true heart of the city. Festival Park is both a neighborhood park and a year-round entertainment venue.
