Welcome to Bartlett
The Village of Bartlett is home to about 40,000 residents who enjoy the charming downtown, attractive subdivisions and overall high quality of life.
Bartlett residents never run out of ways to have fun! The Bartlett Park District operates indoor and outdoor pools, a ski facility, a skate park, three golf courses, and numerous playgrounds. Twenty miles of bike trails run through Bartlett parks, forest preserves, and open spaces. The indoor pools and programs at the Splash Central Aquatic Center are very popular during the winter.
Buyer activity in Bartlett has been strong, but because of constrained inventory, the number of sales decreased by about 8% in the past year. With supply and demand continuing to favor sellers, prices continue to rise. Learn about home prices, sales, and inventory in the Bartlett real estate market.
